Duties  &  Job  Responsibility  of Housekeeping  Supervisor in Hotel industry

• Ensure areas of responsibility are maintained with high level of cleaning.
• Conduct briefing for Housekeeping Attendants.
• Instrumental in handling operations for the department.
• Maintained the relationship between management and staff.
• Schedule Duty roaster as per business forecast.
• Supervises daily super cleaning and periodical cleaning of room & public area.
• Responsible for maintaining cordial relations with corporate clients assure satisfactory service and speedy problem solving.
• Keep the track of Lost & Found items , its recording in the register and keep safe.
• Co- ordinate with engineering department and follow up all maintenance job orders are getting done.
• Controls key movement. ( Master key of Floor & Public areas)
• Supervised the daily check list and follow up the records for the management.
